Sales Manager – Tier 1 Automotive (Ford)

Our client is a very well-known and highly respected Tier 1 manufacturer, supporting many of the VM’s globally with engineered mechanical and electronic systems.

As part of a restructure to maximise new opportunities developing as the economy improves, they now required an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

Principally focusing on Ford, with responsibility for powertrain and engine electronics systems, your role will be the maximisation of new opportunities whilst also supporting the customer with current and ongoing commercial programs. You will also be responsible for a team of 3 Sales Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive Tier 1 track record in managing commercial relationships with Ford, as well as a high degree of commercial acumen. In addition, you will have previous man management skills, or the aptitude to manage a small team.

Sales Manager Automotive Aftermarket (South East)

We are delighted to be working with a very well-known European brand in the automotive aftermarket to recruit a key sales person based in the Reading area / M4 Corridor.

Due to a restructure at European level, our client is seeking to expand its footprint in London and the South East. Their current customer base consists of the traditional independent parts aftermarket, focussed around the key buying groups.

As Sales Development Manager for the South East, your role will be to maximise and revitalise opportunities within the existing legacy customer base, as well as to seek out new opportunities within the territory to position the brand as a premium replacement product.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with the revitalising of a very well-established aftermarket brand. You will have real input into strategy and product development for your area.
